Now if you personally know me, then you would know that I have an infinite love for the Rick Owens Drkshdw Chunky Hi-Top Sneakers. I remember seeing them for the first time and knowing that the day I make my big-girl purchase, it would be on those shoes. I was aware that Converse were coming out with these shoes for a while and I told myself that I needed to get a pair in black. However the moment they dropped them in stores, for a solid month or two they were continuously sold out.

When I started to lose hope and think that I wasn't going to get a pair, I waltzed into Foot Locker with my brother and there they were. I anxiously asked if they had a pair in my size and heavens gates opened when she said that my size was their last pair. It was a sign!

So here they are, my babies. They are always on my feet and go with everything I wear. Skirts, jeans, dresses the lot! A feature I can really appreciate about these shoes is the fact that they hold their shape very well. I also noticed that the sole in this shoes is more cushioning, which makes for a great walking about shoe. I really enjoy the clean, slick design of this shoe and think that it fits my style perfectly!
